Ingredients:
Bergamonte® Full Spectrum Bergamot (Fruit) Extract (Citrus bergamia Risso) (Bergamot Polyphenolic Extract Complex) (min. 25% Flavanones, including Melitidine and Bruteridine) 500 mg 
Pine Phytosterol Powder (soy free) 800 mg 
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silicon Dioxide and Vegetarian Coating.

Dose (adults):
Take 2 tablets twice daily with food for 30 days. Thereafter, as a maintenance dose, take 2 tablets daily with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
