Way of Life Health Store’s Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! In addition to your statutory rights –

  • Way of Life Health Store is happy to exchange products* purchased online, provided the product is unopened and returned to Way of Life Health Store within 7 days of receiving, in a saleable condition. Please ensure products for exchange arrive in “as new” condition, items that cannot be resold will not be exchanged. (*Excluding Probiotics, Homeopathy and heat sensitive items).
  • Product exchange/refund will begin when Way of Life Health Store receives the returned product.
  • If we receive an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will contact you with an explanation and refund you within 48 hours or offer an alternative product.
  • If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us immediately to arrange the most convenient way to return the goods for an exchange or refund. Please keep the packaging with the goods if possible.
  • You must include the reason why you are returning the goods and the receipt together with your name and contact details.
  • If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, please let us know and we will endeavour to find the best solution for you.
  • No refund will be given if you simply change your mind.

Consumers Guarantee/Refund

Way of Life Health Store will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.

Refund of Shipping Costs

Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non-refundable, and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.

Return shipping
To return your product send your product to: Way of Life Health Shop, 66-68 Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe 2120, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are re-shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
