Directions

Adults (12+): Take ⅓ tsp (1.3g) daily mixed into water or any cold drink of choice.

Acute dose. Adults (12+): Take ⅔ tsp (2.6g) daily at the first signs of seasonal ills and chills.

Children (4+): Take ⅙ tsp (0.65g) daily.

Take at least 2 hours away from medications.
